Learning to Read the Signs
A course that helps you to develop receptive and intuitive skills, while learning to read the Bral Talej cards.
Bral Talej is an original divination system that uses a deck of 111 cards based on signs from the damanhurian “Sacred Language”, an ideogramatic language belonging to the esoteric tradition. “Learning to read the signs” will help your personal process by widening your perception and increasing your sensitivity,thus facilitating your connection with deeper wisdom. Useful for finding and interpreting inner answers and for helping others find their true guidance. |

Inner Harmonizing
The basic technique consists in combining deep and conscious breathing with chanting of the vowels and specific positions of the fingers. This kind of harmonization helps to release tensions and create inner balance, it is easy for all ages and all physical constitutions to practice it, and it is especially useful for healers, yoga teachers, and trainers to use in their practice.

‘Selfic’ Healing
One of the most interesting fields of research developed by Damanhur is the one linked to ‘Selfica’, a discipline that involves the concentration and direction of vital and intelligent energies.
Introduced into Damanhur through the research of Oberto Airaudi (Damanhur’s founder) Selfica creates structures based on the spiral and the use of metals, colours, inks and minerals able to host intelligent energies. The particular energies that selfic structures call upon are in fact living life forms, border intelligences that pass from one reality to another acting as intermediaries between planes of existence. The interaction of a “Self” with an individual is always based upon mutual advantage.
Selfic structures like “the Stiloself” and the “Spheroself” will be presented and their effective functions directed towards healing will be experienced.
Various healing methods used in Damanhur will also be presented, including Pranatherapy, ‘beauty pranatherapy’ or ‘cell regeneration pranatherapy’ (a specialization of the classical pranatherapy, where the flow of prana energy is directed to the level of the cells to solve problems or imperfections due to age, such as acne, wrinkles, unfit muscles).

Who Is Damanhur?
 Damanhur, is an eco-society based on ethical and spiritual values, awarded by an agency of the United Nations as a model for a sustainable future.
Founded in 1975, the Federation has about 1,000 citizens and extends over 500 hectares of territory throughout Valchiusella and the Alto Canavese area, at the foothills of the Piedmont Alps.
Damanhur offers courses and events all year round, and it is possible to visit for short periods as well as longer stays for study, vacation or regeneration.
